A friend found these and asked me to make them. OMG. I will make these again and again and again. Crumble a box of Thin Mints in your food processor then mix in a half block of softened cream cheese. Roll into balls, chill for 30 minutes, and then dip in chocolate. Easy and delicious. You can find the full recipe from Confessions of a Cookbook Queen here.
I also love her tip about using a toothpick to dip the balls. Just set the toothpick like you’d normally set the cake pop stick. After the chocolate has dried, simply twist out the toothpick. So much easier than trying to spoon out your cake balls!
